This book may just be badly edited, or poorly put together. I got the Kindle Version. There are steps, and/or ingredients missing in recipes. In one of the savory crepes it says you make the crepe with "scrambled" eggs, and to whisk the eggs thoroughly(a must with scrambled eggs). Then the next instruction is to take the well whisked eggs and put them inside the crepe, and fold the crepe. However NO instruction to scramble the eggs. So are we trying to fold the crepe with raw runny eggs in the inside? If so how do they get "scrambled" one calls for a special "Onion infused" sauce. No instruction for said sauce. Instructions are oddly put together. $6.99 was HIGHLY overpriced.

I purchased this as a gift. I thought that more of the pictures would be in color rather than black and white. I was not super impressed with the book. If I could have seen it, I would have selected something else.

Really delicious and useful inspiration for this 'newbie' to the wonderful realm of marvelous crepes! I've actually begun to make and enjoy some of them for the first time ever -- even getting up my confidence enough to begin to improvise and tweak to my particular taste! What true and nourishing pleasure and satisfaction which I can't imagine achieving without the help of this delightfully encouraging and very well done crepe book!
Initially finding this real keeper on the Kindle Unlimited list, I made the rare decision to fully purchase it for my permanent collection. And I'm so glad I did! And I really appreciate that it's available at such a great price too! Seems worth more than so many more highly priced cookbooks these days ... Highly recommended*^!

I was a first time crêpe maker, and this book was perfect. The recipes were clear and easy to use and the add-ons like how to fold a crêpe were great. The only thing is I wish it had more pictures, but definitely worth the trade off for the way they taste!
