Great for feeling like Darth Vader while keeping your lungs powder & chemical free. For some reason no one in my house appreciated it's dual usage though and just wanted me to go outside and work. Maybe you have a more understanding family than I do so this can be a double use item as well.
I'm a lady with a fairly large head and the small fit me perfectly plus I had to tighten it up. It blocked out the nasty smells & dust from cleaning out an abandoned house, the dust from sanding a new tabletop and the fumes from repairing shoes with some particularly noxious glue that sadly works better than any of the less noxious glues. I'm thrilled with it and can't believe I didn't order one sooner. I'll order again when this one gets old.
