So I replaced my old weak lumbar support , with this new ACVCY 12x16 lumbar support and the results are fantastic right away I noticed the firm support with the massaging fingers in the mesh. this lumbar support is deep and helps me keep a good posture while sitting , In turn helping my back.You cant beat the quality for the price and I totally recommend it for auto or home.

I've been using this seating cushion for about a week now and it really does the job supporting my back. There is a bit of give when you put some weight on it, so if you need alittle extra support, you could put a pillow behind it and it works great that way too! :)
You just slip it over the back of your chair, and walaa! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!! You can't lose at the price advertised!!

I recently picked up a Mesh Lumbar support for my office chair and not only do I love it, but so do my daughters and girlfriend when they are sitting in the chair. This lightweight, but sturdy piece came shipped quickly through Amazon prime and cost me about $11.Reviewed in the United States on 21 March 2019
I loved how it was not as big and bulky as some of the foam cylinder supports out there and was easily placed on my chair. I am guilty of being lazy when sitting at my desk and sulking down with poor posture, though this forced me be aware of my posture and sit better, thus reducing strain on my back.
The breathable mesh and massage beads also make for a bonus when sitting for an extended period of time using the chair and lumbar support.
I would recommend picking one up if you are looking to help your posture and spend a lot of time in a chair or driving as this can apparently be placed on your car seat as well, though I have not tested that out yet!
