Der Feuerlöscherhalter macht von der Konstruktion einen durchdachten Eindruck. Insgesamt stabil gebaut. Toleranzen für Metallbau sind eingehalten. Eloxalschicht ausreichend für normalen Schutz. Verriegelung des beweglichen Bauteils ebenso ausreichend.
Good mount for the rollbar of my RZR UTV. However, I first time I pulled the extinguisher off, 4 teeny, tiny pin bushings with end roller bearings fell on the ground. I could only find one and have no idea how to reinstall it. Now the extinguisher flops a little and I had to line the bracket with duct tape to keep it from flopping. I've contacted the seller and will advise the response. ____________________________________________ 5/23/21 UPDATE: Advised the seller of the problem, they responded in two days. I replied with a picture and 3 days later - on a Sunday - the U.S.P.S. delivered a new unit! Just a great customer service experience! Thank you Aufer (Seller).
Save half over the cost of the Drake holder, and get less than half the quality. The black metal came scratched already, and gashes off more black paint every time I pull the fire extinguisher out of the bracket. Cheap knockoff, just buy the real thing.
Purchased this mount for my rzr with a stock cage, it looks good and secure. I saw another review saying the clamps are too big for rzr cage bars, there are two different sized clamps. They have the size stamped on the clamps, the bigger ones are for mounting the bracket to the extinguisher and the two smaller ones are used for the mount to the bars. I was able to snug up all clamps on the A pillar behind the driver with room to go if need be so yes, this will work with a rzr cage.
Great little fire extinguisher for the money. It’s a pain in the butt if you want a professional install but well worth the time.
Installed on a 2017 Honda Accord. Installed on rear left of truck with support bracket. Left and rear panel needs to be removed. Used two (2) 8mm 1.25 25mm black hex bolts with support brace. Overall solid install. Does not Interfere with removal of trunk tray. See pics.
Works and looks pretty good. Much less $$ than a Drake version but not as good. This does the job but it more flimsy than the Drake, and rattles pretty bad. The noise isn't a problem for my applications due to it being a race side by side with many other louder noises to deal with lol. If this was going in a street car or truck, i'd probably spring for the Drake.
