I use these for a variety of exercises to improve grip strength along with strengthening the muscle the movement is meant to work in the first place. So far, they haven't let me down. I'm not really sure what sort of weight they can pull, so durability may be an issue down the road. So far, they get the job done, so I won't knock stars off for an unknown. I'll give them 5 stars both for Sturdiness and Durability, and 5 more for Utility. I use these a lot, and if you buy them, you will too. The only beef I have with them is... Yellow? Really? Get some other colors!
This arrived fast and looks just as pictured. I like that it has a strap so I can hang these up wherever I want with ease. I put my entire weight on these and seem strong. I’m 127 lbs. The ball part is about the size of a small orange. It’s very challenging since I have small hands but perfect because I’ll have the grip strength of superman in a few months. Lol
THE BEST!!! I train for ninja warrior and since the pandemic my grip strength has been diminishing due to the lack of obstacles at my disposal. I decided to try these cannonballs to hook up to my pull up bar at home and they are awesome! They are very well made, sturdy, and hook up easily. I recommend to any other ninjas or anyone wanting to build grip strength.
This is probably the best cable attachment I’ve ever bought. Completely different muscle impact when using them. It’s the perfect size for gripping in your hand, and with golf-ball-like texture it does t hurt your hand or slide out of your grip with heavier weight. Definitely recommend!!!
The balls tend to compress when used to pull, then then nut holding the ball to the strap loosens. If they get too loose they have a tendency to fall apart under load. A little loc-tight helped with the issues I was having for the most part.
I like the ball grip, wish these were a little better quality.
Provides a challenging workout and feels safe an solid with one exception. If you twist the balls they can come unscrewed. Its my fualt i should checked that better but be aware. It can happen. Just keep an eye on the threads as over time its possible to slowly loosen them by using them normally.
