I have been used this brand for several years. I run self-cleaning cycle very month with this product, my washer always stay shiny and no odor, I love it. Until last Dec, I order another new pack of Affresh washer cleaner, when I opened it, it has fragrance, smell good (old one didn't not have fragrance). After run 4 hours Self-cleaning cycle, my washer has a lot of residue left. I re-run again, still a lot of residue left, I am very disappointed. I went back to check what's different between new order and old order, the old one I is ordered called "Affresh W10549846 Washer Cleaner", I cant find what's different between these two, only one has fragrance, one doesn't.
I just ordered Affresh W10549846 Washer Cleaner, hope this can give my shiny washer back.

This product at first seemed great, but then the gook it left behind is currently clinging to my washer drum. I can’t use my washer until I figure a way to get it out. It left me with an emergency chore. Great!

I just made a T-chart with a permanent marker on the box for the months and add an X when I put the tab in for the month. This way I don't miss a month and my washer runs great.
