Product description

This inorganic anti-allergen spray uses an oxidizing compound that destroys allergens from dust mites, pet dander, pollens, mold and mildew on contact. Its non-staining formulation does not contain tannic acid or benzyl benzoate making it safe to use on all colors including white or off-white. ADMS can be used safely on surfaces that are water safe. Treatment: Spray a fine mist of ADMS to dry surface in a sufficient quantity to dampen the external surface fibers of item being treated. Allow treated surface to dry for approximately three hours. Once surface is dry, vacuum to pick up any excess residue. Re-treat surfaces every 30 days for optimum treatment benefit. For use on Carpeting, Upholstery, Window Curtains, Vehicle Interiors, Pet Bedding and more.

Saved me from unidentifiable allergen in home that caused major hives

I recently broke out in MAJOR hives that took over my entire body from my head to my toes. I could not think of anything that I recently had used or done differently. It would get better when I would leave my house and when I was home it got worse. I was absolutely desperate to figure out what was causing this random allergen. I have never been an allergy-prone person so that was new to me. I searched all over the internet and stumbled up this blessing in a bottle. I ordered it hoping for a miracle and it is exactly what I got. I coated my mattress, bedding and temperpedic topper, carpet, hard surfaces, pillows, couches, blinds basically everything in my house. I let it sit for about 2-3 hours on soft surfaces and vacuumed it up. On hard surfaces, I wiped it down immediately. Within two days my hives were looking better and this was even after my steroid prescription had been up. My hives completely went away and I am just fine. I take this bottle with me when I travel and will probably never live without it again. WHAT A LIFE SAVER. I hope this helps someone like me who had no clue what happened to them. Any time I change my sheets I go ahead and coat down my bedding again just to be safe. It is worth the price and go ahead and order two bottles or the big gallon because I used the entire bottle in one day.

Bought this stuff to give a try since we have 3 dogs and my wife and I have mild allergies. We have 2 GSDs and a Husky so we have to be diligent in vacuuming the basement where they hang out when inside. Still the cleaning hasn't been enough to curb the allergies. I can tell a huge difference since spraying this stuff on the carpet and couches. I'm clear as a bell. As for severe sufferers... A few months back a buddy of mine came in town before the spray and could barely breathe when we hung out in the "man cave" however he just visited and when I asked him in a text what he thought of the product he said "I've had allergies for 30 years man. Can't be around where dogs are indoors for 5 minutes without my nose running, sneezing or my throat closing up and itching. I start wheezing. Sat in your house where the dogs are every day for hourssss and didn't even flinch. Amazing" I think that says it all. Get it, it works.

Noticeably Better

As a natural skeptic (and almost never reviewer of the many products purchased from Amazon) and allergy sufferer I was hesitant to give this a try. I am so glad I did. I have a 14 year old golden lab mix that predates the discovery of my allergies, whose bodily allergens antagonize my immune system. Despite allergy shots and a hefty medication regimen, I still experienced significant nasal congestion whenever I would lay on the carpet wherever Ginger may have done the same. After putting down a respectful spray and letting it dry (without vacuuming) I buried my nose right in one of the dog's favorite sleeping spots and inhaled several breaths through my nose. Typically, nasal congestion would rear its ugly head within a minute or two (after a single breath) and persist until nasal lavage/irrigation. Much to my surprise, my nasal congestion failed to appear. I sprayed the rest of the fabric areas of the house, focusing on Ginger's prime resting zones thinking "let's see just how long this lasts".

That answer turned out to be about 3 weeks. During that time my nightly use of my "rescue" nasal oxymetazoline (Afrin) went to zero (typically 2-4 nights per week). No, I am not tolerant to the effects of Afrin/oxymetazoline (tachyphylaxis) as 1) The 72hr consecutive use warning on the bottle is not well supported among healthy volunteers in the literature and 2) I use a nasal steroid (fluticasone, mometasone, etc) and that seems to prevent oxymetazoline tachyphylaxis. You can search PubMed and stumble upon some scientific articles from which my claims are derived.

Anyways, there are a whole host of additional factors that could have played a role (dog bathing, weather, laundry, other allergen exposure, medication compliance, humidity, etc) but I am not conducting a study for publication so I don't care. The stuff works for me. I bought the 128oz container and plan on making repeated applications on a monthly basis while tracking my oxymetazoline use. I'm happy I can roll around and play with my kids on the carpet and still be able to breathe afterwards.

We originally bought this because we thought our daughter was allergic to our two rabbits. It turned out she wasn’t, she had sinusitis. But this spray really helped a lot, you could tell the difference in the house. After her sinusitis cleared up a couple months ago, I stopped using this spray and forgot about it. Well the last week I’ve been noticing that we’ve all been waking up really stuffy again, and I’ve been having sinus headaches, and then this morning my daughter was way more congested. So after she left for school I remembered this spray and almost instantly after I started spraying it my nose which was stuffy cleared up!! I was so amazed that I decided to write this review and order another bottle! Thank you!!
