Wrapped in gorilla tape so it was completely unbendable and it still only lasted a couple weeks. Now I have to bend it to get it work which means like all lightning cables they are designed to fail even without bending. My Nokia flip phone from 15 years ago still has the original charger and works fine. We knew how to make a charger last forever from jump street but lightning cables from Apple or any other 3rd party I’ve been through 6 dozen of them. Total scam. Planned obsolescence. It’s enough to make me never buy another apple product. This charger wire really isn’t any better or worse than any other is the only positive thing I can say. They all suck.

I don’t know if I can pontificate very long way on this specific product as it is just a 4 inch red iPhone charger cord. There isn’t much to say. It’s still working fine, but I haven’t used it that much yet. On the other hand, I did have one of my knucklehead fellow employees try to steal it and because it’s red I pointed out and said give me my freaking 4 inch red iPhone charger cable back right now… Or else. Thanks, I will probably buy more from you guys. Reasonable price and a great color

It’s very durable and well made for sure. My only problem is my own fault. I was looking for a replacement 1 ft cord for my portable charger, as someone borrowed it and never returned it. I found one and then saw another under “similar items”, so I clicked on it thinking it was the same, just cheaper. Unfortunately, it’s only a few inches and that makes it hard for what I’d be using it for. I walk a lot for exercise and would always use my portable charger. I’d keep it in my pocket and connected to my phone that I hold in my hand. With only a few inches, that doesn’t work. Lol. Like I said, my fault for not looking better and paying more attention. It’s a great cord though and when I have had to use it, there have been no annoying iPhone accessory messages! Love that!

We love the sturdiness, price, length, color and price for what we got.

The regular soft charging cable are exactly that: too soft. They break off every easily at the charging connection to the phone if it is inserted and removed from the phone. These cables have a sturdy rope cord as well as a cover at the connecting point to the phone so the cord wouldn't easily break off.

Quit charging after 1 month. When it worked, it was great. I’m not sure why it quit working. Out of no nowhere iPhone began complaining that “this device is not compatible.” Really? In 2020 we can’t just get along with each other? iPhones and charging chords will have their own eharmony acct before it’s all said and done.
