Care and Cleaning：

1. Aozita inserts are dishwasher safe but hand drying is recommended for a spotless shine.

2. Do not use steel wool, bleach or strong abrasive cleaners. If you decide to hand-wash your inserts, use mild detergents and warm water.

3. Whether you are washing your inserts by hand or in the dishwasher, it is important to dry it promptly so that spotting, streaking, discoloration, or corrosion does not occur.

How to use? The Dos and Dont's!

1. Remove stainless steel pans from their handle.

2. Place food in both pans and cover with chosen lid (steaming lid for steaming food, sealing lid for re-heating or pot-in-pot cooking).

3. Place the pans back into their handle for easy removal and insertion of pans.

4. Add water to the bottom of the cooker and bring to a boil. Place the stainless steel pans including the handle inside the cooker and cook as normal.

Please Note:

1.The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pan, therefore meats and items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan.

2.Make sure you always have enough liquid to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook.

3.If cooking pasta or rice using the PIP method, you need liquid both in the inner pot of your Instant Pot to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook AND water in the bowl with the pasta or rice. Otherwise it won't cook.

Came in perfect condition. I did not see any of the black marks other reviews saw. The pans seem to be of very high quality. One thing I didn’t like was how seemingly flimsy the holder was when it’s not “closed”, but it’s not such a big deal. It’s also a perfect fit in my 6 quart instant pot. It’s a little bit expensive but I’m glad I got it.

UPDATE: still using this product every single day with my Instant Pot!! Still loving it :) I usually use it to simultaneously cook my rice and steam my veggies, or to thaw my meat. 10/10 would buy again.

UPDATE 2019/07/26: still working great! I would recommend cooking this for maybe 5-10 minutes longer in your pressure cooker since there is no contact with water. I love that this keeps the inside of my instant pot container clean :)

Wish They Would Stack and Lock with both Lids on Them

I purchased this for my Instant Pot. Really good quality materials and work well. However, it comes with two lids--one for each of the little pots. However, when storing the pots, you cannot lock down the handle on the top with both lids on the little pots so I either have to leave a lid out and take a chance on misplacing it or not be able to lock the stack together and end up with the pots sliding around when the camper is moving. I did not have the problem with the black gunk on them that some reviewers have mentioned, but used some Bar Keepers Friend and a toothbrush the first time I cleaned them just to be sure there was no residue. They work well in my Instant Pot and like I said, good quality. Would buy again.

First time using these stackable pans to reheat food. I put pork roast slices on the bottom with juices from the roast, and fresh cooped cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, and red pepper chunks on the top with just a bit of water and the top with holes. Steamed under pressure for 5 min and let the pressure drop naturally. The meat was hot and moist. The veggies were crisp tender. I wasn't sure I would like these little pots, but they work great.

I am so happy I ordered these. I have used them several times since receiving them. Food just doesn't stick to them. I have found there is no need to add oil or a few drops of water when reheating food. I'm happy there are no holes bored into them and the handles work great. I will be telling others about this fine product. My only complaint is that the small instruction booklet that came with it has a recipe for cheesecake and the instructions say to divide the batter evenly into both pans. My common sense told me that was wrong as there was not enough batter to do that, but I went against myself and should not have. The picture showed a nice high cheesecake, however, each cheesecake was less than an inch high. It was very disappointing to say the least.

This works great for what I wanted. We cooked a an instant pot casserole last night. Mixed all the ingredients right in the insert pan, put 1 cup of water and a wire trivet into the Instant Pot, used the sling to lower the steamer pan into the IP inner pot, and cooked. Then lifted the sling\steamer pan out of the IP and set on the silicon trivet. Simply rinsed the Instant Pot out, dried and done. The Aozita pan cleaned up like brand new after the meal. Best part is, I used the second steamer pan to freeze half of the uncooked casserole, removed it from the pan then vacuum sealed that for next time. I know the frozen half will fit in the pan I'm going to use to cook it, because it was frozen in it! These are good quality, well made pans. Cooking in them left no stains, and with a light coating of oil before cooking, the casserole didn't stick at all. Put Dawn in the pan, add hot water, clean with a dishcloth, towel dry. Couldn't ask for more. We like to cook meatloaf with ranch potatoes. Before this, it could be a pain. Now, meatloaf in the top pan, potatoes in the bottom pan, cook and done! This is as good a product as I could want, and less expensive than some others I've seen.
