Apply to clean, wet hair and rinse. The longer you leave conditioner on, the deeper the nutrients can penetrate your hair. Gentle enough for daily use.

This is an excellent product. The scent is initially quite strong (I really like it, it's a bit like spicy mint) but as your hair dries the smell will fade significantly (which is considerate for those sensitive to strong smells).
I have hypothyroidism so breaking hair and dry skin are par for the course. This does a great job of taming dandruff and itch while ensuring my hair is clean and healthy. I have very long very curly hair and the shampoo but particularly the conditioner do a great job without making it heavy, greasy or alternately fluffy and fuzzy.
I have wavy fine hair and I use this to 'wash' my hair on days I don't shampoo (I shampoo 3 times a week). I rub a dollop of this into my scalp, let it sit 15 seconds, then rinse. Then condition with a heavier conditioner. If it's humid outside, I will wash along my hairline with regular shampoo after this conditioner and before a heavier conditioner. Keeps my hair smooth, I love it.
I love the shampoo, the smell is great and lathers more than the average organic shampoos. However the conditioner is so thick I can hardly get it out of the bottle and since I have long hair it takes a lot to condition. This is on the top of my organic shampoo choices.
