Battery life is average or less. Chrome acts very weird and unstable for some reason. The company outright lies that it is upgradable to pie (9) I'm not sure why Amazon continues to allow them to say it is.

The face unlock feature does seem to work well and the reception is probably as little better than average. I still have reservations about trusting a product from a company that blatantly lies to get sales.

Beware phone screen inked after 5 months of great care

Please beware of this apparently super nice phone at first. I was excited after reading some good reviews and decided to purchase. Was so happy with my phone until after 5 months of usage suddenly the entire screen inked up and had to get a new phone. I'm so angry right now because money is tight and I thought I could have at least have 2 years service from it.

This phone is one of the worst phones I have ever owned. Half the time I don't receive texts. I also can't send texts or make phone calls most of the time. I also can't access the internet without Wi-Fi. I was in a car incident and couldn't even call the police even though I was showing 4 bars. These are huge problems that make this phone absolute garbage. I reached out to BLU five days ago and have not received a response.

Got the phone n it looked great. Was excited to activate it n after getting my phone carrier to try to get it going the data toggle button wouldn't budge. No matter what they or I did. There may be a secret to it but if I can't move a simple button I'm not gonna be happy with the whole phone. It looks sleek but defected.. was more than disappointed. Guess I'll just stick with my old phone. At least it works... Thanks anyways

dial keypad defect

When I make phone call, sometime I have to enter the selection by using dial keypad to get next step.
(EX. 1 for English 2 for Spanish, enter the password as few digit number for voicemail, etc.)
But this phone's dial keypad doesn't appear on the screen even I tap the keypad icon.
So I couldn't complete call to BLU support phone number from this phone.
Amazon support helped me to return and refund for this defective item.
