5.0 out of 5 stars To me, heavy pan is a sturdy pan. Loving it at the moment.
By TV*VT on 20 November 2020
Received item in good condition. The 28cm pan size is just nice but slightly heavier than I expected. Weight is not a deal breaker for me, since I can see that the weight is due to the quality of the pan having wall thickness of nearly 3mm. But those who might have issue with it may consider a smaller pan size or other brands with thinner walls. Overall I feel that it is a great product and I am having fun cooking with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good product but doesn't fit my needs (literally)!
By Terence Wong on 8 March 2021
Nice and sturdy pan, lighter than my cast iron but wasn't as light as I would have expected. However, the pan plus handle was too long and it cannot fit into my oven. No fault of de Buyer but this is something manufacturers should take note of. I end up giving it away to a relative. If your oven can take in the full length, I don't see why not. If I should get a bigger oven, then I might buy again.

5.0 out of 5 stars A safe pan that can last a lifetime
By Kin on 14 November 2020
Recommended by a friend and I love how it works after seasoning. It gives the food a nice "wok hey" (high heat smokey taste) and is non stick. Will be trying the ultimate non-stick test - the sunny side up.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not suitable for electric glass range, warped at first use
Reviewed in the United States on 29 May 2019
As I mentioned, warped at first use. I was a bit shocked because this never happened to me. Definitely a really bad quality product.
In my video I praise some aspects, but I retract myself.
I was able to cook perfect meals, but then again, I am cooking since I was 10 years old. You can cook well in this surface, but that doesn’t mean that is as easy and perfect as nonstick. If you don’t have great cooking skills stay away from this. You can easily see it in YouTube, people who think they are cooking well, but they‘re really having really poor results and don’t know what they’re doing.
This product is not worth your time, your health, your life, your money.
For obvious reasons the pan cooks very unevenly, but I read about this being a problem with cast iron and "carbon steel", regardless of being warped or not.
Don't believe the hype, this pan will kill you way faster than any nonstick surface. The extra iron, the extra carcinogen smoke that produces (your house will be full of smoke many times, like when cooking a steak), the waste of your life to keep the pan clean, extra oil you have to use, the extra electricity to keep it warm, makes this product a terrible choice vs nonstick. Also, the rusty bare metal smell is absolutely unbearable. I didn't get any visible rust, and kept the pan oiled, but there is that constant lingering rusty smell you can't get rid of.
Things will stick, more or less but almost everything will stick at the beginning of cooking, leaving a mess to scrap.
Not as thick as claimed, the pan is less than 3mm thick, which makes a huge difference in warping resistance and general cooking. I don’t understand why people lie about thickness…
Please don't waste your time, don't fall for these types of products, they are totally obsolete, toxic and perform terrible.
