I like this product untill my husband saw the ingredient "METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE". It's toxic. From another more professional review: "This product has METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE in it and according to EWG Almost 40 percent of products we reviewed contained isothiazolinone preservatives, which can either trigger or exacerbate allergies. Researchers and physicians from over a dozen clinics have reported cases of serious skin allergy, and an increase approaching epidemic proportions in allergies to a specific type of isothiazolinone known as methylisothiazolinone, or MI. The European Union recently lowered its safety standard for these chemicals in rinse-off cosmetic products, but the U.S. has no restrictions, even though hands and forearms are repeatedly exposed to these substances for long periods while washing dishes. A small number of products contain one of three preservative compounds that when mixed with water release formaldehyde."

Ordered it after carefully checking the list of the ingredients on the page to be sure I'm getting the new formula without methylisothiazolinone as the top review suggested. Got the pack of three bottles WITH methylisothiazolinone. Is not that cheating?
Now I have to find time to return it and to order another brand.

DONT buy CITRUS! Get the Unscented version ONLY, until methylisothiazolinone is removed.

Do NOT buy the Citrus version, its not the same as the non-sented version. ALL the citrus versions have METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE and that is banned or deemed unsafe in several countries for use in cosmetics. Check out the EWG on that ingredient and you will understand.
You can see in the picture of the ingredients that it has it but it does not have it in the unscented version picture.

I am going to return it and get the unscented one and then will update my review based on that. Currently its getting 1 star as having that chemical in a product made for baby bottles and lab studies per EGW states "Lab studies on the brain cells of mammals also suggest that methylisothiazolinone may be neurotoxic." 9/22/2015

Not worth the price & harsh on hands.

I was going back & forth on whether to try this soap out and although it does a pretty good job with cleaning I find I use way too much product to get my dishes clean....I do have a family of 7 though so maybe I just have too many dishes for this to be cost efficient. My other problem is that's it's VERY harsh on hands. After using for just 2 days I've got super dry/cracked/cut up hands from how drying this soap is & I haven't had any problems all winter with my hands until using this soap.

No weird film!

Very pleased so far. I had washed all our brand new, unused bottles and nipples with our Mrs. meyer’s dish soap, which works just fine for our regular dishes, and noticed a gross sticky film adhering to all the nipples. As they had not been used yet I knew it couldn’t be from milk fat, but had to either be due to hard water, the soap, or a combination of the two. So after searching some reviews, I ordered the unscented babyganics foaming soap. It was able to mostly remove the film from the nipples and completely remove it from the silicone bottle caps that come with our Pura Kiki stainless steel bottles, as well as from our silicone pacifiers. I ended up getting the remainder of the film off the nipples with a little vinegar on a cotton ball and qtip followed by a quick rinse with water. At least I’m reassured that this soap won’t deposit a new layer of film! My suspicion is that the other soap causes a weird suspension of the calcium carbonate in our very hard water that is particularly attracted to the silicone. For whatever reason, the Babyganics soap does not seem to have this problem. I also like that it is unscented, because strong scents can be pretty overwhelming to brand new nervous systems, and bottle nipples and pacifiers do get right up in there next to their little faces.
