Item is comfortable after getting used to it. However it interferes with the airbag which is dangerous and could be deadly. a little overpriced in Singapore.

Too small height wise - does not follow natural curve of back, just pushes in one area instead of supporting the whole back. I'm a small person: 5 ft 0 in & this back support is too small for even my small lower back area. You end up hovering away from the rest of the chair (See picture).

The strap is adjustable, but requires some thinking: Initially tried to put on chair like how it was shipped to me, with the buttons attached on each side, but found that the strap was too long, even when shortened all the way (See picture). Then, adjusted it so that the buttons are on top of each other instead of on each side (See picture). This made the strap short enough to -barely- fit around the back of the chair. (See picture).

Still, I would not recommend since I found it very uncomfortable. Will be returning this.
