About the Author

ROSE LEVY BERANBAUM is the award-winning author of twelve cookbooks, including The Cake Bible, which was inducted into the International Association of Culinary Professionals Culinary Classics Awards, and The Baking Bible, IACP Best Baking Book for 2015.
