These silicone mats have been great for my baked goods. I love baking cookies but hate when they get burnt and stick to my pans. These mats fit my half size baking sheets perfectly. They are heat resistant, the temperature range is impressive - -40°F to up to 480°F. I can use these in the freezer and the oven! The cookies I bake come out golden brown and don’t stick at all! My pan is clean so I just put it back in the cabinet and the mats are simple to clean, I just put them in the dishwasher. Previously, I would use foil to line my pans, the foil got tossed after use and was very wasteful, not to mention my baked goods never came out as good as they do now., I like that I can use these mats over and over again. The mats are durable and flexible.
