Got questions? It's only natural!
Bambo Nature believes that choosing safe, gentle and sustainable products for your baby shouldn’t mean compromising performance. After more than 30 years of achieving the world's highest certifications, we continue to innovate and research, so we can meet an even higher standard - yours.
Q: Are your products really safe and effective?
A: Yes! In addition to using high quality, natural ingredients in our products, we never add chemicals, dyes, parabens or perfumes and ensure that Bambo Nature products are free of all known allergens. Our sustainably sourced products are certified skin-safe and have received the most coveted and stringent credentials in the world to ensure the health and safety of your child.
Q: I've been using your Green Bag products. What is the difference between the old Bambo Nature Diapers I love and the new White Bag version?
A: Bambo Nature has undergone a makeover and is excited to show you the results! Inside our new charming packaging, you'll find the same award-winning Bambo Nature diapers and training pants that you trust for safe, gentle and effective protection, but we've added even more amazing features to keep your baby safe, dry and comfortable. Those additions include: softer materials for your little love's comfort and protection, a thinner design with enhanced technology for maximum absorbency and better playtime mobility and a wetness indicator so you always know the inside story!
Q: Are your products safe for the environment?
A: Absolutely! We voluntarily undergo strict, rigorous, third-party environmental inspections of our products that assess the environmental impact of the entire life cycle - all the way from raw material to production, consumption and waste.
Q: How do your diapers and training pants fit compared to other brands?
A: Our side panels are flexible and pull comfortably around your baby's hips to guarantee a comfortable and customized fit. Bambo Nature diapers and training pants are sized by weight, and since two babies with the same weight can have completely different body types, we have created our diapers to overlap slightly on sizing. Wondering which size you should choose if your baby's weight falls between two sizes? Try choosing the smaller diaper size if your baby is tall and lean, and the larger diaper size if your baby is short and stout.

Here’s what I think… After some testing and side-by-side comparison (size 3 only), this could be the issue. Both diapers have the same double gusset feature – one folds up like a barrier around the crotch area and one lays flat against the baby's underside. In the new diaper, the two gussets always stick together when you first open the diaper, causing it to be leak-prone if you put it on your baby this way. This is what probably caused the leaks we had in the very beginning; perhaps we just weren't careful enough. To avoid this, gently run your finger between the layers to separate the gussets and always ensure the diaper fits snugly and correctly on your baby. (I know it’s tough when you have a squirmy kid but it is absolutely necessary.) Bambo also made slight sizing changes to the new diapers which could account for the leaks some customers are experiencing, especially if your child is in-between sizes.
We have been using the new Bambo diapers for the past couple months without a single leak again. Considering how thin the diapers are, they hold up extremely well – even overnight or longer uses. I now prefer the new diaper over the original one; it’s not bulky at all, the wetness indicator is useful, and the simpler design looks better under light-colored clothing. It's a winner for us. I hope it stays that way as we move up sizes.

I have been a customer for 2 years...exclusively using Bambo diapers on my son since the day he was born. I bragged about this company to all my friends, tagging them in many of my social media posts over those two years and touted the benefits to everyone - including softness, fit, absorbency and safe materials. I have loved the honest commitment the company made to use safe ingredients as well as dedication to out-perform all the others on the market. However, that has now all changed.
The recent 'enhancements' the company claims to have made to the diapers are not enhancements at all but rather cost cutting measures taken in an effort to save money. I have always recommended these diapers to my friends due to the fact that they never leak, however I can no longer stand by that. After a few hours of my son wearing this "new and improved" diaper, he had pee all down his legs. Never in the past has this ever happened before in the prior diapers. What have they done? And whoever were there testers must have not used their older version. The absorbency on these diapers is almost non-existent when compared to the prior ones. They don't stand up on their sides like they others do, they are thin like a paper bag and the back doesn't hug my son at all.
They can call it a redesign all they want but the facts are plastered all over social media - from here at Amazon to Twitter and Natural blogs - the reviews and feedback is speaking for itself and these diapers just do not perform as well as the prior versions. And not to mention, the price significantly increased. If my guesses serve me right, it seems this was done to either break even or make a profit off all the money spent to market these as a 'redesign'. I can no longer recommend these diapers and am absolutely appalled that this company would put out such cheap diapers and still try to tout 'high absorbency' as the main selling point. These things feel like paper and they no longer 'grip' around my son's legs as they used to. It's also clear that the company is ignoring all of the customer complaints and in denial that these 'redesigned' diapers are a flop. They are no different than the seventh generation brand (which literally feel like a brown grocery bag).
They need to listen to the customers and bring back the old diapers because that is what customers loved. Unfortunately, I'm not on the hunt for another diaper while the CEO sits in his/her mansion sipping whiskey.
