The great thing about immersion blenders is that they're modular systems. The main body contains the motor and speed controls. You can snap on the blender attachment and put it directly into a pot of soup, pureeing vegetables right into the stock. Or you can use it to puree sweet potatoes or other fruits and vegetables. You can also make smoothies and protein shakes in the provided measuring cup. In about 5 seconds you can snap off the stick blender and replace it with a bullet-shaped accessory that lets you attach a milk frother to foam up your lattes or a whisk to make homemade whipped cream. This is something I've done quite often, especially when my KitchAid stand mixer is busy with other baking chores.
Perhaps most useful accessory is a chopper cup and blade that turns the motor unit into a mini-food processor. Last night I used this feature to mince about 30 cloves of garlic along with a handful of fresh herbs from my garden (tarragon, lemon thyme, and chervil, in case you’re interested) to make a delicious garlic-herb-lemon sauce for a dinner of pan roasted shrimp.
Compared to my Cuisinart, what I like better about this Blusmart unit is that it has a variable speed control and a special turbo mode which can provide an extra boost of power when you need it. I also like the larger mini-food processor cup which can comfortably handle a larger amount of food, especially given the substantial power of the motor. In my kitchen, however, the larger cup is a bit of a bother since it doesn’t fit in the drawer where I keep my Cuisinart parts. Of course, that’s not a deficiency of the blender, just a limitation of my kitchen that I need to puzzle out since I’m switching over to using the Blusmart unit.
Unlike many kitchen products these days, the instructions are especially clear and well-written. I don’t really have any criticisms. If I had to nit-pick, I wish the included smoothie mixing/measuring cup had little feet on the bottom to keep it from slipping on a smooth counter. This is an extra cup for making smoothies and blending liquids, not the mini-food processor cup which does, in fact, have four little grippers on the bottom. It’s a small thing, especially since the measuring/blending cup that came with my Cuisinart cracked years ago and the cup is narrow enough to comfortably hold during blending.
Of course, I’ve only had this for a couple of days, so my review is based on functionality, not durability. That said, like the Blusmart food vacuum sealer I previously reviewed (and which also replaced the name-brand sealer I’d been using), this immersion blender seems very well-made. I can sincerely recommend it. If any problems arise, I’ll update my review, but for now, I’m quite impressed. It also looks great, with a sleek body and circular lights that ring around the power and turbo buttons.

First of all it arrived the next day.
We make fresh fruit juice, eggs, lattes as so many blends. Hence I was looking for an immersion blender. I was tempted with this product because of 13 speeds. Power and multipurpose. The design is sleek and very good grip. 2 simple buttons for normal and turbo is very convenient. Since the 1st day, I have not yet used my big blender. Now, every day this is the first instrument I use for my fruit smoothies and eggs for breakfast and then as a milk frothier for my Latte.
This is so easy to clean. Just detach and run it under tap water. very convenient. We also use it as food processor for cutting vegetables and make salad dressings or meet sauces. Since all the attachments are dish washer safe, no more need to hand was big blenders.
I know, I am going to need another one because my college going kid has already reserved this for her to take to the college.
