I read this book from cover to cover. As a parent and grandparent I recommend this book to all college students, college educators, college book stores and everyone who is interested in helping out a job applicant. It is filled with concrete ideas on exactly what it takes to get a good job. The main precept is you have to stand out when applying for a job and it tells you exactly how to do this. It's a quick read and easy to follow and a real eye opener for someone out of the job market ( like me) about what it takes these days to land a good job.
