The Three Steps Of Milk Frothing
Stretching: stretching the milk adds small air bubbles to the milk creating the desired amount of micro-foam, which should be silky smooth with no visible bubbles. This is achieved by the special design of our whisk.

I recently returned from a trip to Italy, where I was fortunate enough to have my breakfast prepared by locals. When I returned home, despite all that Tuscany has to offer, I missed my morning cappuccino the most! I have been able to perfectly recreate it with this frother, a 6-cup Moka pot and illy Moka coffee. This frother makes the perfect amount of milk, with loads of froth, for two cappuccinos at a time. My children use the latte setting to make hot cocoa. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Also, as is stated in other reviews, I believe the bad reviews that say it doesn’t froth are either from not using the right milk, or not putting the frother attachment, found under the unit, in the pitcher before frothing.
