How to Cook with Nonstick
- Never use cooking spray. Aerosol cooking spray leaves a gummy residue that is difficult to remove, and that residue will cause food to stick. Instead, use an oil mister filled with olive or vegetable oil, or dab a bit of oil on a paper towel and carefully wipe the interior of the pan.

I was hugely disappointed by this griddle pan. The materials and finish look like a very high quality product, yet I've used the product lightly and after only 3 weeks of use noticed oh it suddenly bent out of shape and now I cannot get a uniform hot surface. I tried to look at options to return or replace but Amazon is not offering that, but instead only a link to request replacement parts, which is not what I need.
