To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we do not use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
2.0 out of 5 starsI would still recommend the decision book rather than the change book

I've read the decision book and thus was expecting more. I didn't learned anything more from this book, but this might be because I've learned more about change in my mba courses. I would still recommend the decision book rather than the change book.
1.0 out of 5 starsGood for a few hours to kill in an airport, or rainy Sunday

Few visual models and patterns for analysis, originating in different ideas. It is like a magazine of article put together, but written by different authors
I located this book in a store in Frankfurt while on a business trip... Of course the item was overpriced and I knew purchasing on Amazon the item would be a reasonable price. I refer to it often and one of the books I have on my desk.
4.0 out of 5 starsGood survey of major change models and how to present them.

Finished reading this in course of a few hours and would like to add some positive weight into the reviews....I think the one and two star ratings so far are unduly critical...actually I got a lot of benefit from this book as a high altitude scan of major change models from 4 different stances, set apart as sections by the authors: Explaining my world, Changing my World, Explaining our World, Changing our World. This is not a typical self-help book, (so dont expect that OK?), but as a very efficient take-away of complex theories rendered into simple but intriguing summaries and diagrams I like it, I really like it. (say, for example, George Soros' thoughts on global capitalism and why it doesnt function well...got to the essence of that in one page), So 4-stars for me. Particularly enjoyed the graphical approach the authors used to make the complex simple.
