Kitchen workhorse baking quarter sheets

I used these quarter sheets so much that I bought more. They are about double the weight that I was expecting. They are great for a small pan of potatoes, for popping a chicken cutlet into the toaster oven, and for baking a half dozen cookies. They are also the perfect size to be a utilitarian tray -- when I grill, I put all of my utensils on this before heading outside and if I'm heading over to the table with a lot of dressings, butters, or bowl sauces, I use these to carry items in one trip. I'm surprised by the criticism. I don't really expect my baking sheets to be pristine and while they warp at 450, they pop back in place. I don't know of any rimmed sheets that don't warp at high heat.

I find this size sheet pan the most useful and with the rack it is a real winner. This pan is made in America and is heavy duty stainless steal so no worry about dangerous metal transfer with your food. I have 4 pans this size, I use them for food prep, refrigerator organization, baking, roasting, craft projects, and what ever else comes to mind. I have introduced these to my daughters and they love them also.

This baking pan is everything I was hoping for & more. It's a lot thicker & sturdier than my other stainless steel baking pans. Make sure to check the inner size of the pan. I did not so I was a little disappointed that it looks smaller than what I was expecting but I'm certainly not disappointed with the product. The description clearly tells the inner & outer size; I just missed it.
I can't get over the thickness of this stainless steel. The jelly roll pans I recently purchased are also nice & thick which means they don't warp in the oven among other benefits but this baking pan is even thicker & more sturdy. This baking sheet does not have the super shiny mirrored finish as my jelly roll pans but that doesn't matter to me. It's a quality stainless steel with more of a brushed stainless finish.
The rack is also nice. I compared it to some I already have in a similar size & just like the pan, this rack is much more sturdy.
I think it's a great pan at a great price. I expect it will last a lifetime & maybe even beyond.

Heavy duty

Minus one star for the rack not fitting well. It's a bit too small, so the rack shifts a half inch and smaller foods can fall into the gap or drippy foods can get too close to the edge.

I got this for cooking oily foods at high temps, a scenario that ruins the appearance and effectiveness of non-stick pans with baked on oil stains that are difficult to remove without ruining the non-stick finish.

This pan is super easy to clean by putting in the dishwasher with no concern about its finish being damaged. When cleaning manually, it usually wipes clean after soaking for a bit. If anything does get stubbornly baked on, it can be restored to looking new with Barkeeper's Friend and some scrubbing with a paper towel. No concern about ruining a non-stick finish. Seems like it will last a lifetime.

Heavy and sturdy. Hasn't yet warped in air fryer toaster oven up to 425 F.

Contrary to some other reviews, mine doesn't have any sharp edges on the pan or rack. The rolled edges are done well.

I wish I could find this in a 12x12 size.

A bit of warping happens at high temperature in the oven but it disappears as the pan cools. Clean up is quick and easy and the pan stays beautifully new looking and shiny. I love them. Ditched my previous pans that were aluminum and a health hazard.
