The usable space on the 21" version is only about 2" in depth. Between the part attached to the wall and the lip at the edge you really don't have much depth left. A small spice bottle can fit, but a bottle of Pam (cooking spray) will not fit. I ended up installing it upside down as I have read some people have done. So far so good. Upside down a bottle of Pam fits with a little room to spare. I wish they had more sizes of shelves. I love command items- so easy to hang, no damage, they really are amazing. Keep in mind when installing upside down that you will be sliding down to remove the shelf (to push on the adhesive) and putting it back on from the bottom as well, so make sure you don't have anything directly under where you are putting it. (for example in the picture I made sure I had a few inches above the outlet) Overall it works, is great quality like all command products, but definitely lacks usable shelf space.

Looks ok. I wanted it too be connecting and look like a long shelve but the ends on a few of them a slightly warpped and don’t lay seamlessly

Went up very easy and feels sturdy. The only question is if the strips will take the paint off when I remove it like some other 3M products have. Looks great.

Command strips did not work enough to actually hold stuff on the shelf. Ended out putting nails into the wall and rested them on the nails
