My first experiment was pan seared rockfish, which was literally to die for. There truly is a reason why professional chefs prefer good quality stainless steel pans and now I know.
Update 03/19/17: I just cooked breakfast in the 8 inch frying pan. Fresh sausage links and sunny side up egg, cooked to perfection and no sticking. The egg literally rolled out of the pan. I don't need no stinking nonstick pans, I have Cooks Standard multi-ply stainless steel!!!

Jan 3 to Jan 18 Update:
Small durable pan, been using it everyday since we received it. I tried to seasoned th he pan on initial use, it was non stick but we had to wash it more often, the technique we do is heat up the pan real good first then add the oil of choice, heat up the oil and then use as desired, thats the best way to get a non stick material out of it. Im still very happy with it, clean up is a breeze, just soak hot water for a few minutes if its caked on there and wash, food comes right off the pan! Im planning to buy the bigger sizes now.

I replaced my Caphlon cookware with stainless steel pots and pans out of health concerns relating to tephlon. At first, out of the box, they looked incredible.
I understood these weren't "non-stick" pans, but I didn't realize that meant absolutely everything would stick and get cooked into them. I cook my eggs with some oil, and my omelet still managed to get stuck to the bottom of the pan. First clean was alright and just took some extra scrubbing (5-10 mins a pan). After using them twice, I cannot take off anything with either stainless steel cleaner or baking soda.
Then wasted money on 2 day shipping ($74) only to have items shipped 2 weeks after the initial order.
Purchase literally any other type of pots or pans.
