We really enjoyed our [[ASIN:B00006IV0P Brita On Tap Complete Water Faucet Filtration System with Light Indicator (Fits Standard Faucets Only) - White]] that we owned for years. The version that we had was the one that allowed you to select between spray, stream and filtration. Unfortunately, the replacement that we ordered only had stream and filtration and, for some unknown reason, limited the flow of water that came out of the stream. After spending some time searching for a replacement water filter for our new replacement we came across the Culligan water filter and decided to give this a try.Reviewed in the United States on 18 February 2018
This Culligan is a no frills faucet water filter that just works, as long as the filter doesn't need to be replaced. The only settings for this filter are either stream or filtration, using a metal pull on the side of the faucet attachment to trigger the filter. If you need to switch back to the regular stream tap water, you'll need to turn off the water and allow it to switch back on its own, as forcing it can add to the wear and tear of the unit.
In regards to the [[ASIN:B00006WNMJ Culligan FM-15RA Replacement Filter Cartridge for Faucet Mount Filter FM-15A, White Finish]], we've found that it typically lasts us just a little over a month for each one with a family of three. To change the filter it is best to place one hand on top of the white plastic housing unit and use the other hand to unscrew the filter cartridge, while applying equal pressure to both sides. This method has been the easiest to actually remove the filter.
As much as we have missed the simplicity that the Brita offered, between the three water settings and ease of changing the filter, this Culligan water filter appears to be built in a way that should last for quite a bit longer than some of the other faucet water filters on the market.
If you're looking for a water filter that should last, then this Culligan faucet water filter is a good buy.

I was dubious this would work as advertised, but it does. You can taste the difference in the water as soon as it hits your lips.
Very easy to install. VERY very easy. To activate you just pull on a little lever and the water switches over to the Culligan FM-15A advanced.
One small ding - the water pressure isn't strong coming out via the filter. Maybe a $200 filter delivers pressure on the same level as your regular faucet, but for the price - this is 5 stars.
