Great product, just know that the company will spam the hell out of you asking for reviews. The headrest strap could also be a little longer.

So I have had the product for just under a year now. I take pretty good care of my things and have not been abusing this organizer by any stretch. I put a few useful items in it and put it in and out my vehicle a few times a week. Yesterday when I was taking it out my car and I realized a large seam had ripped into the bottom of the organizer because the stitching on the bottom had failed. This issue was further compounded by the fact that the seam was directly underneath the zipper pouch (where I store small miscellaneous items). Upon further inspection, I realized that the main pouch had several rips in it as well. On another side note, the velcro on the front pouch is non adhesive at this point, I think a button snap may have been a better option.
Overall I liked this organizer, but it is not really usable anymore for me. I wish I could still use it, but I would not buy another one at this point if a year is the lifespan. I would recommend the manufacturer bolster the stitching on the bottom, lengthen the strap, and use a button snap instead of velcro. A larger size option would be nice as well. I am hoping that I just received a defective unit and will update this review if I hear back from the manufacturer regarding this "life time warranty".

Within a few days of my edit to my original post, a representative contacted me about my experience with their product. I expressed my issues and they were completely understanding and apologetic. The rep offered me either a full refund or a replacement without a condition of updating my review. Again, I was optimistic that I received a defective unit, so I was happy to take the replacement and hope for a better outcome. I was even happier to know that the company took my recommendations into consideration and informed me that they will be upgrading their manufacturing process soon - at which time they may be able to incorporate some of my recommended changes. My replacement arrived a few days after our conversation and I will be glad to put it back to work sooner rather than later. If I have a similar failure in the future, I will update again; however, at this time I couldn't be happier that the company does what they say and stands behind their product through the good and bad.
