Good idea. Bad execution. Too short. Incomplete on most models (not even classic or basic uses, etc.)

Horrible! At first it seems okay (about the sample's worth) but after awhile it just comes across like overly edited overviews of different logic methodologies with no real substance. Also, a lot seemed to be lesser known models and if they were classic the author didn't touch on it or their application, etc. This 'book' is more of a collection of extremely brief paragraphs, but whatever it is it doesn't even give basic elements of each model to stimulate further study elsewhere (some were conveyed in a few lines with a diagram and instructions to 'fill in' how you feel, etc.) Overall, this 'book' reminded me of when a student hasn't studied and just needs to make a word count for a report. I hope the author or publisher put something more comprehensive together covering models in more detail with past application, potential future uses, etc. Maybe it won't be as short, but that is a book that would be worth reading. I returned this one...

Should you buy this book?

A small and quick read. Has a bunch of models to help with decision making for different scenarios. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone because not everyone will use the material. Anyone interested in economics, charts, or wants help expanding their decision toolbox should get a copy.
Comes as a small hardback of fine quality, and good paper stock.

Never have I read a more practical book. For anyone interested in self-help, anyone interested in getting control of their life, or anyone interested in collecting mental tools to approach situations. This book covers so much ground in only 171 pages. Every single page teaches you something new and that is literally true. No exaggerations here. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to read yet full of info

This is easy reading with great info. Someone said that it is only an introduction of everything, and that's true. Nothing in depth. But the advantage is you get introduced to everything and then you get to choose what to explore deeply for further study. It's like presenting you with informed choices...

Good book of decision making matrix for different issues in one's personal and professional life. This book contains mostly just the different Matrix with out a lot of e5pxplimation. Thus, this is a great reference book. I had not thought I'd use a matrix in n my daily life decisions but the do help in reaching a best option when a decision needs to be made.
