If you like filling out pages filled mostly with lines and drawings, asking what your dreams look like, draw them, and how it makes you feel, then this is for you. Sitting down and being whimsical is why I need a good de-clutter and organising tips book. I’m returning this one.

Already made a start, got three boxes full and many more to follow, unless other declutter books in the past, this is one book that won't be joining the rest of the stuff to the charity shop! thanks
I would recommend this book

The step by step process had been fantastic is helping me work my head out and get the house tidy.
Would thoroughly recommend.

The author's method is to help readers cope with negative attitudes and to set challenges for readers to get rid of certain numbers of articles of various kinds. I think it might help lots of people who are a bit cluttered.
She advises readers who don't know how to get rid of some types of articles to Google for a solution. I think she needed to write more on that.
