What we love about it:
Easy to store - very thin when folded
Platform steps - feel solid and make for sure footing
Sturdy - VERY STURDY.... we are plus plus plus size people and feel safe on the ladder
4 steps means I can reach to ceiling in any room
What we don't love about it:
At 17.5 lbs it's not that light. A bit of a challenge to pick up with arthritis.
The folding and opening are a little bit of a challenge. Needs some lube to loosen it up.
Would like the top rail to extended another foot and have a storage / tool holder
(as a side note, there is another brand of 4 step ladder that has this feature but it was $35.00 more)
For the price we paid and how quickly it arrived we are happy and would buy this again and even recommend it.
Update: It really is too heavy and the lack of a work shelf for holding paint and supplies is just way too inconvenient.
