This was the best low carb pasta I’ve found . Can be cooked longer than indicated. Wish you could have other pastas such as penne noodles , lasagna noodles And elbow noodles. Will Have to rethink if I’ll order again as , I was not impressed that even with my nearly $100.00 order I still had to pay a $12.00 shipping charge for the pasta.
This is excellent ! The shipping was quick and the fettuccine tasted like real pasta ! I tried several alternatives but none other has the texture or taste of pasta but this has. I can highly recommend it thank you
As a low-carber who gave up pasta, I cannot tell you how delighted I was to to find these. In one week, I tested edamame noodles, soy bean noodles, black bean noodles and these. I liked the other noodles just fine but each had their unique taste profile. These? they taste like regular pasta. I love that they're slightly chewy, even if I cook them for longer than the suggested time. I'm so excited to have found these and have made many recipes with them.They're not what you'd eat if you were eating very low carb, but for moderate carb days they're a fabulous treat.

LOW CARB PASTA WITH SAUSAGE, VEGGIES AND CHEESE
PREP TIME 15 mins COOK TIME 20 mins TOTAL TIME 35 mins
Feel free to use any vegetables you have handy for this one. Author: Twosleevers Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS 4 hot italian sausage links, casings removed and crumbled ½ large onion chopped 4 cloves of garlic, crushed 2 cups portabella mushrooms, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 red tomato chopped 6 cups baby spinach chopped 1 small bunch basil chopped (optional but delicious) 2 servings of carba-nada egg fettucini 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS Heat a skillet and mash up the italian sausage until it looks like ground beef Once it starts to sizzle and renders a bit of oil, add chopped onion and garlic and let the two cook together for 2-3 minutes. Add in mushrooms and bell pepper and cook until the sausage is cooked through. Add spinach and tomato, mix everything together, turn heat to low, put a lid on it and let it all simmer Meanwhile, heat water in a large pot and cook your pasta. I cooked mine for 7 minutes. Divide pasta into four bowls and put equal portions of topping on each, sprinkle with cheese and serve hot. I LOVE this pasta. It's low in carbs and it's only 3 SmartPoints for 1 1/2 cups (15 SmartPoints for the whole bag) for those of you doing WeightWatchers. The texture and taste is just like regular pasta. My husband and I love it. The only downfall is that this is the only pasta they make the carba-nada in - I would like to see pasta shells or spaghetti in addition to the fettuccine. But all in all, a great pasta and a great addition to the healthier lifestyle I'm trying to maintain.
I Have ordered these twice. We liked the first batch of six but our recent order is rancid. Everyone knows what that rancid odor is. These have it. I am extremely disappointed. Update....all of the packages are rancid. I am so disappointed. If I decide to give them another chance, I will get a refund of they are rancid. Almost $25 is not an insignificant amount of money to throw away.
