Its a great buy for the price. Delivered in best condition and in time. The only problem I faced in product was the small movable elevation given at edge to stop things from sliding when table is placed tilted, I feel it could be broader as my paper keeps slipping off inspite of this support.

Studio Designs 13220 Folding Craft Station, Silver/Blue Glass This table was purchased by my husband who is writing this review: For those less adept mechanically and more reliant on precise instructions, the instructions could be updated such as by eliminating the warning not to remove the rubber bands holding down the table top, inasmuch as rubber bands are no longer a part of the delivered packaging. If you study the instruction images, there should be no difficulty in assembling it in ten minutes or less.

Several online reviews complain about the difficulty of the assembly or misfit of the leg support clamping mechanisms, not realizing the two half-circle clamps are purposefully designed as a compression-type fitting around the inserted support strut. All you need to do is firmly hand-press the strut into each of the half-circle clamps until each clamp snaps snuggly around it. You do not need a rubber mallet or other tools to compress it. Do not be put off by this negative critique in other reviews.

Another complaint in reviews is the lack of some kind of device to keep the table and legs from unfolding in the folded-up storage position. I am using an improvised 65-inch long by 1-inch wide double-sided hook and loop (Velcro) tie strap to wrap around the entire table and folded legs to keep them securely held together in the folded-up position. This tie strap would be a nice included item by Studio Designs, but this is an easy fix for storage.

In summary, I find this table to be well-engineered, sturdily-built, and an excellent overall value. I am 70, a retired attorney, but have also been a graphic artist since my college days. Without equivocation, I am completely satisfied with this table and its price point. It is an excellent buy.

Better Than Expected. And Pretty.

First of all, this blue glass is really pretty. I was going to add a photo of it to this review, but the photo didn't give justice to just how pretty the glass is.

It's important to read the sticker that's attached to the top of the desk which states that the maximum weight is 25 pounds. That's not a problem for me because I'll be doing light art projects and a few YouTube reviews that will hold lightweight items. Because I only have room in a corner in my office, the size is literally perfect for that spot. So the table fulfills all of my needs.

The only complaint is that it supposedly doesn't require any assembly. That's not *exactly* accurate. The crossbar requires a bit of swearing to fit between the legs of the table. I finally got it together, and because I don't plan to move the table from its spot, it's complete for me. Adding the (what do you call it?) lifting mechanism and the pencil trays was nothing. So my pretty little table is complete, and along with the TROND clamp-on lamp (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FDD79AW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), my little setup is ready for use.

I definitely recommend this table if you have limited space, appreciate that it holds only lightweight items, know that it really is easy to set up, and appreciate the beauty of the glass. Thumbs up.

This is perfect for my needs. Currently, all of that beautiful glass is covered up and the table has an art easel on it - which yes nearly defeats the purpose. But, I like the fact that I could carry it up the stairs by myself and can fold it back down for moving. Unlike the Casual Home Montego folding deck that it is replacing https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KS3PIXS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1, this table is not likely to fold in use and has enough working surface to do complex tasks. I like that it looks great with my Flash Furniture Vibrant Silver Tractor Seat and Chrome Chair (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TMM5DO/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1). And most of all, it is sturdy and versatile enough to use for drawing, tracing, and other creative adventures. And with regards to the easel. It enabled me to do a deeper slant (more upright), pull the table away from the wall for a larger wprking surface, and have a flat surface on the front, sides, and back of the easel for paints.

The desk is heavier than I thought and pretty sturdy. The attachment accessories were a bit tight fit, but they probably should be. The only complaint on this one and the reason it is getting only 4 stars is I am certain that this was a returned item, not new, as listed on Amazon. The desk was in the original packaging, but the two black bindings to secure the legs were laying in the box loose. They had been cut. There was only one piece of Styrofoam sheet was on one of the legs (short piece.) Obviously, they wouldn't cover just one part of one leg, would they? There is a very slight nick on the paint on the desk. Not certain it's because it's been opened once before. There's nothing really wrong with the desk, but would really like a NEW item if I am paying for new.

This so far is a pretty good table. I was hesitant when I saw the review about the glass not being on safely and desks coming shattered or pieces missing or broken. I guess that’s a chance you take with delivery. I got lucky mine came the way it should. No problems with the product. The box was a little beat up not bad. The set up was super easy no tools needed. I was actually really surprised how easy this thing was to assemble. The height is good I use it for drawing. The trays could be better. A little deeper and attached differently so when the desk is inclined the trays can rotate independently so they don’t tilt too. They aren’t bad just some improvements on storage would make this desk so much cooler than it already is. It’s a good table. So far I’m really liking it. I would recommend this for any level artist except those that need really large surfaces. Dope table
