5.0 out of 5 stars Build your 'stamina' so that you CAN rise and thrive without quitting your job
By GS on 11 April 2022
Firstly, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is keen to build longevity mindsets - which everyone, including students, should!

When one buys a book, it could eventually lend itself to either of the below three categories -
1. Never got to reading it fully - started and read some or worst never went beyond the preface / letter to the reader
2. Read it once and that’s good enough
3. Read it once and kept coming back to it for reference

For me, any book in category 3. is a gem of a work. And - don’t quit your day job - makes its way to this category effortlessly. The book is rooted in street-smart advice and abundant in real-world-corporate-life examples. It does not delve into hypotheses but presents only proven facts.

Aliza shares her, her mentees and her ‘board of directors’ personal stories around navigating the corporate world and lays down six mind-shifts required to rise and thrive at work.

It is a must read!
