After a few weeks, the fan couldnt turn on. The technician that came said it was a batch problem and replaced the motherboard. A few weeks ago, the power button got stuck and the fan keep turning on and off by itself. I also could no longer connect to the fan via wifi. The technician came, claimed he fixed the issue and left. Then, the fan stated that it's sensors were initializing which could take 5 mins. An hour has passed without the sensors initialized. Now, the connection has failed again and I had to call the help center again. I paid $600 for this piece of junk.
