Stopped working after the first try. So disappointing!

Currently I own two Deebots. I purchased a second Deebot 661 because I like this brand: strong suction, easy to use and durable. That was with my first one. So I followed this good brand with my second Deebot. I even bought a 3 year warranty for another $43.99 However...after its first time vacuuming it stopped completely. I had NO info whom to contact and where to send it back for repair. My warranty papers did not mention anything of that nature. I feel so disappointed! So I have to go public for your help??? Do you read me, Deebot company?

Cleans well, NOT good for large open floor plan spaces

Do not buy this if you have a big house with an open floor plan. Due to the random cleaning pattern, this never managed to get my open concept living/dining/kitchen area clean before dying. When it charges, it starts back from scratch so there's no way to get all of it clean. I called customer service and they said I needed a version that has mapping but costs 3 times as much. I'm still debating whether to return it, as it does clean my smaller rooms with doors that I can close fairly well.

If you're looking for a smart floor cleaning machine that has a long battery life, a cute looking and decent vacuum capability, this is it. Every morning or evening, you can just leave it on for a while, this hardworking robot can get the job done without you notice much. I like the fact that the robot can find its way back to the charging bay w/o any assistance and there are two more modes you can select, focus cleaning and edge cleaning. As long as you can move some random stuffs out of the way before the cleaning starts, the robot is pretty good at what it's doing. The model that we purchased also has the advanced mopping function and it is convenient too. I like this product and think it has great potential to reach out to even more families. Thank you.

First robot vacuum and I am loving it.

So this my first robot vacuum and chose it by a recommendation by a friend and it’s reviews. I didn’t want to spend a ton for mapping.

Set up was very easy and just followed the instructions.

This doesn’t have mapping and isn’t smart. It will bounce it’s around and in 2 hours almost every spot. It does get stuck sometimes and does have its minor flaws but I knew this when buying it. Just followed the instructions recommendations and works as expected.

So the vacuum part itself seems to work very well. I have 2 dogs and it picks up the hair no problem. It also goes over my medium tall rug without much issues, but does slow down. If you set it to max suction mode it does even better vacuuming but the battery won’t last as long.

The mop feature I only used once and with the tank size doesn’t last that long. Think it recommends only 15 minutes mopping.

Over all I am very happy with this robot vacuum. It was exactly what I expected for this price range and the description. If you can get it on sale even better.
