Informative, accurate, accessible14 April 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
I wish students had time to read books on how to be successful students rather than being inundated with textbooks they struggle to learn. This book is one I wish students could read. It is highly informative in describing strategies in how, when, and why to use them. The research to back these claims is also accurate and up-to-date; it was not based on anecdote or mythology of learning. Finally, this book is accessible and easy to read and follow. It is logically separated into manageable chunks and scaffolds through them quite nicely.

Delivered Value To a Long-time Notetaker13 September 2020 - Published on Amazon.com
A lifelong 76 year-old student who takes notes on most books I read: fiction and non-fiction. I learned some excellent new skills which refined my methodology and delivered real improvement. I have bought this for my college aged grandchildren as well. Recommended.

Great Bang for the Buck2 May 2017 - Published on Amazon.com
An awful lot of info for a small amount of money. I've looked at a number of books on note taking and this is the most comprehensive one yet. I'll cherish this volume as a great reference work.

Exhaustive Book on Notetaking14 July 2020 - Published on Amazon.com
This book was almost like a textbook on how to take notes to help you learn material better and more effectively for studying. I bought this book so that I could help my child learn how to take notes better and I learned something myself about note taking that I will never forget.

Professor Review3 October 2015 - Published on Amazon.com
I have been out of school for 30 years at least with 2 Doctorates. Would love to have had this back in the day. What I need is a note taking strategies for Speeches / sermons. Not so much for grades but for my own learning use. Good book for help in the college. Yes, I don't like students asking is that going to be on the test.
