Ordered two (one as a gift). They arrived looking different. One was full size and the other looked deflated and thin. I opened the flat one and after 24 hours it puffed out to full size. I used this one day to drive to and from work in the car. My commute is 40 minutes one way and my back is absolutely killing me because of it! It is way past sore. I pulled it out from behind me before making it home because it was so bad! So disappointed because I do have chronic soreness and was hopeful this would help.
Update:
The company reached out to me after my review was posted and tried to come up with ways to right my situation. Unfortunately, the product simply did not work for me but they were polite to deal with and really wanted to try to leave me a happy customer. So I can say they seem to have responsive and helpful customer service.
