Disappointing purchase and doesn't match the product description.
Multiple discrepancies:
1. this is some no brand steamer and not of Lonove brand.
2. it is not BPA free as advertised
3. Even the tank capacity is different - 65 ml and not 50 ml
Needless to say similar "no-brand" products are sold in Amazon, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, Taobao, etc. for a much cheaper price.
This is equivalent to outright cheating and I am quite surprised this product has been featured as Amazon's choice.

I personally like to use distilled water for steaming my face, I find that it’s healthier to breath in than just normal water. And I absolutely LOVE the head band that comes with it. SO CUTE. I actually wasn’t aware that I was getting the skin tools as well, that was a nice surprise. Everything seems very high quality and I look forward to using it more ❤️🥳

I LOVE this steamer so much! If you're debating whether or not to get one, just do it. It's life changing. I compared a couple other choices but so far I have no complaints. My boyfriend loves it too! My skin is so happy after I use it - I use it once a week usually at the end of the week. It's therapeutic, cleans my skin very well and it's easily storable.
I use filtered water as the directions recommend, 30ml per use. I first cleaned it out with an apple cider vinegar/water mix to get rid of any factory smells.

I wanted a face steamer. I have a lot of sebaceous glands across my cheeks and nose and have purchased products to gently dissolve the gunk to lessen the size of my pores. However, I wanted more bang for my buck. I wanted a steamer to open my pores so that the products I purchased would work as efficiently as possible. I also didn't want to spend a lot. I was skeptical of this steamer because it is one of the cheapest ones I found on Amazon.com. However, every dollar counts. I also was hesitant because the nozzle appears to be so small. I thought a wider "spray" would be better, but I decided to try it anyway. I'm so glad I did! The steam stream is VERY powerful. It is very simple to use and has an auto timer so you don't overuse it. Previously I was using a sinus steamer, but I'm glad I have bought this dedicated facial steamer. It is much more effective!
