    My old pillow broke. This was on deal of the day so I decided to try it out. My old lumbar pillow was the the little rectangle. First impressions... never going back to the rectangle. This provides way better support. Actually improves my posture (which is horrible). As you can see it works perfectly fine on a chair with space between the bottom and back.
