Worse than expected

I replace it from Charge 3 as I wanted to use build in GBP. It worked well at first time but I realized build in GPS consume a lot of battery. I won't last more than 1.5h or 2 h.
I believe Fitbid release the latest firmware update to allow users to use Dynamic GPS mode that Charge 4 uses the GPS sensors on the neaby phone to avoid battery consumption.
That mean if you have Charge 3, you don't need to change it.

Battery life is short between charges. Much shorter than advertised by FitBit.

Product is used to track my exercise during the day and sleep during the night.
The GPS is a good additional feature and compares well with tracking results from Strava.
This is my fourth unit since 2015. So, product is not durable, probably not designed to be so, which is understandable. My last Charge 3 only lasted 18 months. Strap is not very robust and not very durable. Had to buy three replacement straps from PRC online since 2015.

However, I like the design and size.

DID NOT WORK + VERY SLOW SERVICE RECOVERY FROM FITBIT (STILL WAITING)

Ordered this for my wife. Amazon delivery was great and came the next day. However, the Charge 4 was not working. Heart rate sensor was not working, steps were not being tracked and many other features (such as Screen Wake) were not working either. We basically received an expensive watch. Tried all the troubleshooting solutions with no luck. Called FitBit -- they agreed that nothing was working and asked us to send it back. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the device and still waiting with no news. VERY DISAPPOINTING. 1/10 WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN.

If your FitBit arrives as a watch, send it back to Amazon for a replacement (way faster from what I've read) and don't go through the FitBit route.

Has used for 3 days now.

1. Cannot set custom distance, eg 2.4, 4, 4.5km, for Run.
2. Cannot support Badminton.
3. Estimated oxygen chart is empty and seems not working.

Faulty unit that was quickly replaced by Amazon

the first unit i got was faulty and was not tracking steps, even after following all the troubleshooting steps online. amazon quickly sent a replacement, in fact I got the new watch the same time I returned the defective unit.

i was using the Inspire previously, which was smaller. the charge is big and i find that it sits on my wrist weird. big display, some bells and whistles but i find myself missing the Inspire more.

Was about to write off fitbit based on how bad experiences in the past but decided to give them a last try with the sale price. Glad I did so, the form factor is good for sleep tracking. Like most of the tech reviews say, probably the best fitness band all around that does the job considering the functions, and not for those who are super particular.

My Fitbit Charge 4 does not charge. A faulty charger is the likely cause - one of the pins is stuck and does not protrude enough for charging to happen

Disappointing to have this happen for a well-known product, wish I had never bought it.
