The other measurements that this scale generates seem to be calculated based on height, weight, age, and gender. They are not actually measuring your personal water/fat/muscle composition. These measurements are as worthless as BMI measurements are. It therefore then does not measure changes in body composition. If you are looking for a scale that can actually measure things other than weight, you should look elsewhere.
I originally gave this 3 Stars because giving just weight is fine for a scale, but the company seems to think its okay to try and pressure customers to give them a better rating so I am downgrading it to 1 Star.
