For spot cleaning, use lukewarm water and sponge with a mild liquid detergent to wet and lather fur. Rinse surface with sponge. Be careful not to wring or twist the puppet, dry by gently squeezing between towels. After it’s dry, shake it out.

I have bought quite a few folkmantis birds for my boys and I have loved them and the quality!! Unfortunately, the hummingbird is not of the same quality. The wings are misplaced, the head is not shaped well, and the material is cheap. I am soooo bummed and wish I hadn’t paid for much for three of them I purchased. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product 😔

Cute little hummingbird... the beak was a bit crooked (cloth) so I put a little slit in it and inserted a short plastic toothpick... and stitched it up..
worked perfectly and made all the difference! Sent it to a wonderful senior citizen who has loved these little creatures all her life. She just
entered an assisted living facility (at 94!) and absolutely loved it!

I am a storyteller and have a hummingbird puppet that I have had for several years. I thought I was time to purchase a a new one. This puppet arrived on time and is excellent quality and color. I laughed when I opened the package. This is the LARGEST hummingbird I have ever seen. It is 15 inches long ( beak to tail) and is bigger that any hummingbirds I have seen in my backyard. I did a fact check:

Hummingbirds are New World birds that constitute the family Trochilidae. They are among the smallest of birds, most species measuring in the 7.5–13 cm (3–5 in) range. Indeed, the smallest extant bird species is a hummingbird, the 5-cm bee hummingbird, weighing less than a U.S. penny (2.5 g).

My previous hummingbird puppet will have to suffice. I will keep this one as an extra but it is not a replicate of what children might observe outside. If you have never seen a real hummingbird, you might not know how tiny they really are!
