We bought the Funko Harry Potter Advent Calendar last year and the kids loved it, so of course we had to purchase this year's advent calendar. After a quick peek, it turns out that we received two of Mr. Filch. A little disappointing but not enough to deduct a star. It's still a nice assortment of Yule Ball themed characters.
Update: I contacted Funko about the issue, and they said they are happy to replace the duplicate but do not have replacements available this early. They asked that I email support@funko.com the first week of November and to include the following: Clear photo of the duplicates, proof of purchase, and a valid US shipping address (no PO boxes). Hope this information is helpful to those that also received duplicates in their set.
Update 11/12/19: I emailed Funko on November 1 with the requested information. I also told them which figure I was missing from the calendar. (Many thanks to the reviewers that posted pictures!) Customer service was excellent. They promptly sent out the replacement Igor Karkaroff figure to complete our advent calendar, and FedEx delivered it today!
