Can be used either as a handlebar or stem mount. To change between handlebar and stem mounts, be sure to first remove the zip ties. Change the orientation of the two pieces and reinstall zip ties. Works for all Edge models including the 205, 305, 605, and 705

The problem is that whoever designed the bike mount should (literally) be fired. I've gone through three in just the past year. I vowed after the first one broke that I'd be more careful, but it doesn't help. If you take your computer off every day (to record its voluminous data capture), the mount will eventually break. And when I say eventually, I mean about three months. That's what I've averaged.
If it weren't frustrating enough that they break, it's just plain a pain to get the computer off the bike! You have to push and wiggle, all while depressing the flimsy tab, and eventually, the computer pops out, with the mount often cutting into your hand in the process.
Not sure how to get through to Garmin on this, but FIX YOUR MOUNT!
Until then, I will keep buying new mounts. Just ordered three for my two bikes (I cannibalized the last good one off my other bike). $14 each. Sigh. I love incenting them to NOT fix the mount!
Right now there doesn't seem to be a good way to secure a garmin edge to a bike. Very sad. Thinking about switching to a Wahoo RFLKT+ instead.
I gave it neutral three stars (it's required field), though I haven't actually used the item (I have Edge 500).
