My order came all the way from Fukuoka, but arrived undamaged and well within the timeframe stated. I recommend the seller Japan Design Center when placing your order.
The Good: It's very easy to apply and has a nice, mild scent to it. It can emulsify very well into your hands and spreads evenly into your hair. You don't need to use very much product to be able to start styling. I found that applying it to clean, dry hair worked the best for me, but I still wasn't totally satisfied with its styling capabilities.
The Bad: The amount of hold it provides is quite weak. It will hold my hair for a short while after styling, but it quickly starts losing hold and will eventually have zero holding power left by the end of the day. Because of this, I decided to apply a little more product this time, which ended up making my hair look very greasy. So I wasn't able to achieve a high hold with this product, and using even slightly too much of this will make your hair appear to be greasy.
Final thoughts: I believe Multi-Form is more suitable for those with thin, lighter hair as it will not be able to hold thicker hair in place. Using more product to achieve a stronger hold will not work as it will add a lot of shine to your hair, giving you a greasy appearance. I personally have had more success with the Wild Shake and Grunge Mat GATSBY products, but will be avoiding this brand since it's not suitable for those with thicker hair.
I have a medium length, curly (maybe even wavy) hair, and it can be quite pesky when it comes to staying in place. I've had good experience with Gatsby Air Rise, but it lacked control over hair. The Multi Form is a step up from Air Rise, but I guess, it's still not enough for my hair to stay how I want it to stay.
Other than that, the product is good, the smell is on par with Air Rise, but slightly weaker than that.
