My family enjoys this snack. 5 stars for product. But something weird is happening either at the storage facility or at the packing/shipment stages.
I would say 50% of the time, I get either broken Pocky sticks, or several boxes with the same problem: several sticks stuck together, which can only mean that between the time it was dispatched to the time I received them, they semi-melted, and then re-solidified (see pic attached). So they must have been placed somewhere warm along the way.
