I looked high and low for a good Keto collagen powder that didn't have stevia in it. This is so delicious, I'm thrilled to have finally found this healthy product. I just tried the vanilla and added a 1/4 C coconut milk, 6 red raspberies, about a half cup of water a dash of monk fruit and almost a cup of ice cubes. I put in the NInja and it made the most delicious shake. It probably didn't even need the monk fruit. It's like eating dessert to me.

Two words: Excellent ingredients. Every ingredient is highly intentional, and there's not a single thing that I wouldn't want to put in my body. The collagen is grass-fed. The MCTs are caprylic acid, which is the triglyceride most readily converted into beta hydroxybutyrate (the primary ketone). The MCTs are bound into a powder with acacia fiber, which doubles as a prebiotic and supplement that on its own helps balance the good actors and bad actors in the gut microbiota. The sweetener is monk fruit. The preservative is ascorbic acid which doubles as a dose of vitamin C. And it unabashedly includes salt, which not only makes it tasty, but is something we all need more of when we're in ketosis.

There are two times when I use this product: (1) when I need a quick-easy-portable protein source while on-the-go, and (2) when I've already gotten my coffee and basic protein needs met but want to boost collagen aminos ahead of a training session.

One possible area for improvement is dissolvability. This product does dissolve (many in this category do not), although even in a shaker bottle it still has some lumps and clingy particles. This is a small concern given all the above though.

Bravo HVMN - Keep making these incredibly designed products!

Yummy right out of the container!!

First, I love the container. Who cares, right? But I really like the clear, cylindrical design. Easy to inventory and fits very nicely on the shelf vs. a fat, bulbous half-filled container so many protein powders come in. I did not have to repackage this one.

But MORE IMPORTANTLY - the taste! Swiss Miss! Edible straight out of the container (as I saw a reviewer do on Ig - high GigiEats). Very good, excellent. 30+ years of consistent protein supplementation and I can say this is the one that tastes most like actual...food. No need to tweak it to cover a whey or collagen flavor/aftertaste. It is on the sweeter side, though - personally, for a shake I wish it was just a little less sweet but I’ll adapt to that easily. That’s just a personal preference, I like my chocolate more on the cocoa powder side vs cocoa mix. That said, while I thought “OK this will be an A vs. A+ for my smoothies because of sweetness”, I suddenly had all kinds of new ideas of other things I could use this for. Cafe mocha, chocolate pudding, chocolate chia pudding, or how about just a plain old hot chocolate with heavy cream? Fat bombs, definitely (though I never make them). I NEVER use other flavored protein/collagen powders that way. I can chug down a smoothie and accept it will be a little funky, I’m used to whey and collagen after-taste in a smoothie. But I’m not about to pretend to enjoy that little bit of funk in the food I eat. I don’t do ingredient workarounds in diets or try to convince myself that cauliflower this or that tastes as good as the real thing, lol (probably why I never hopped on the Snackwells fad when it was popular). I generally don’t buy a lot of Keto alternative products, at all (I’m not a snacker, so that helps). I lean toward a “whole, simple ingredients foods only/if not, do without” approach. Personal preference. But this is that exceptional ingredient I might work into my regular diet to make some keto friendly options for foods that are no longer in my rotation. So if you do a lot of those keto dessert recipes, you will probably really love this. And if you don’t, you will probably find that now you may try a few new things to add to your rotation with this powder.

I will be buying the vanilla, I’m thinking key lime pie smoothies, and the unflavored to add into soups. I just hope HVMN is working out some new flavors...coconut would be awesome!

I ordered the chocolate Keto Collagen+ and vanilla MCT Oil to try with my morning coffee and really enjoyed the taste of both flavors. Mixing the chocolate into my coffee gave it a kind of mocha feel and it tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised by how well it mixed in given that it has 10g of protein and I've never really had good luck mixing whey or other proteins into drinks with just a spoon.

This collagen is fantastic! The main impact I noticed was I felt fuller, longer just by adding it to my coffee. I bought the vanilla one as well and really liked how well they both dissolve in water. I know some products don't dissolve, they just clump up in liquid so that's a huge plus! The unflavored one is truly unflavored so you can really put it in anything. The vanilla one doesn't taste fake like a lot of flavored protein powders and other mix-in products. This was totally user error but for some reason both my scoops were buried in the bottom of the tub so I thought it didn't come with one. They DO come with the product, you just may have to dig for it!
