I would rate it 5 stars if it didn't leaked abd apparently i couldn't contact the seller. I have more faith in the seller of biotin version as it was done properly and professionally and was delivered to me earlier despite both shampoos were ordered at the same time.

Couldn’t figure out what went wrong with my hair this last month or so.... it has thinned horribly and breaks very easy. I get an email to review the product directly out of the shower, as I just finished picking a ridiculously large amount of hair out of my hands because it’s seriously falling out.... THEN IT HITS ME, it’s my shampoo and conditioner.
I jump online and start researching it (since all the reviews here seem good) and there are numerous complaints with the brand about hair loss. It’s going straight in the trash. I wish I had a before picture of my poly tail for comparison because you all would want to cry with me.

I SPECIALLY bought this shampoo and conditioner because it showed that it’s an allure beauty award winner! I looked online and it DIDN’T receive an allure beauty award! Sure enough, when my order arrived, the bottles didn’t have the allure beauty award seal like the photos show on amazon.

I haven’t used the product yet but the fragrance is heavenly. I’m very disappointed and feel that this is unacceptable false advertising.

Love this shampoo and conditioner! I have straight flat hair that gets greasy looking quickly, but this shampoo makes my hair look healthy, voluminous and clean. I used it for a while and switched to another volumizing shampoo/conditioner and regretted it. I switched back to this set and remembered why I liked it so much to begin with. My boyfriend can tell the difference in my hair as well. Very noticeable. Highly recommended.

This is the only shampoo & conditioner that I've tried which will revive my very fried hair after bleaching and then repeatedly coloring. I used to get this in my local pharmacy, but I couldn't find it after moving, so very glad to be able to buy it here.

If you are thinking of quitting chemical coloring of your hair, I'd highly recommend using this as well as occasional pure argan oil. Good stuff.
