I would rate it 5 stars if it didn't leaked abd apparently i couldn't contact the seller. I have more faith in the seller of biotin version as it was done properly and professionally and was delivered to me earlier despite both shampoos were ordered at the same time.

This product is better than the cabinets FULL of high dollar salon only products I've used. It doesn't weigh down my natural curls and saves me a ton of money. Again, I HAVE the high dollar products - and will be giving them to the women's shelter.

I SPECIALLY bought this shampoo and conditioner because it showed that it’s an allure beauty award winner! I looked online and it DIDN’T receive an allure beauty award! Sure enough, when my order arrived, the bottles didn’t have the allure beauty award seal like the photos show on amazon.

I haven’t used the product yet but the fragrance is heavenly. I’m very disappointed and feel that this is unacceptable false advertising.

I wish I had believed that review where someone described their hair thinning and breaking. Mine is just FALLING out omg!! Ever since I started using this shampoo my hair has been falling out like CRAZY!! never in my life have I lost this much hair (this pic is JUST from brushing by hair just now 😩😩😩😩) this entire time I’ve been wondering what’s happening because I have been noticing my hair falling out more than usual and I blamed it on hormones, stress, natural shedding... but just now I decided to brush my hair and look how much fell out!!!!! Horrible horrible shampoo! Not only that but it’s become so dry and dull. NEVER again! It’s going in the garbage in 3..2...1.... save your money and SAVE YOUR HAIR!
