This is the second Houze strong box I ordered within 2 weeks. The first was received without any issue but the second was received with a large piece of the cover broken off (see image above). However what was frustrating is the customer service from Amazon as well as from their delivery company, Ninja Van. This particular customer service personnel was very curt, kept interrupting and low level of comprehension. Sad because I've dealt with other customer representatives from Amazon and they were amazing. As for Ninja Van, don't get me started. One of the worst logistic company ever. Unprofessional, rude and doesn't bother to properly communicate with their customers.
I'm giving two stars as this product actually isn't that bad but overall experience with the Amazon's customer representative and Ninja Van soured the entire experience.
I've also closed my prime account and exploring closing my Amazon account altogether as I do not wish to deal with their logistic partner in Singapore.
